Understanding Children & Exercise

Safe & effective exercise sessions designed for young people from 5 - 16.
Can be delivered in:

  • Schools
  • Sports Clubs
  • Community projects

Working on the key skills of: speed, strength, agility, co-ordination, endurance, flexibility, and balance.
These sessions offer an ideal compliment to specific sports training such as swimming, athletics, and ball games.
All sessions are designed to be non-competitive, fun, progressive, and stimulating. As pupils progress they learn how to analyse their own performance, set their own goals, and go on to achieve lifelong physical activity in their chosen field.
