Personal training
For the last 15 years I have been coaching and training people from all backgrounds and of varying age, levels of fitness & ability.
During this time I myself have been trained by some very inspirational people who have helped me develop my knowledge and skills to pass on to my clients. I continue to attend courses and keep my qualifications up to date. I am a REPS level 3-Advanced Personal Trainer and qualified in First Aid.
